Our riders
A group of riders with a mixture of youth and experience will join forces for 2013.
Former Node4 riders Pete Williams, Matt Cronshaw and James Moss add to the experience going in to the new season. With Pete Williams winning the sprints jersey at the Tour of Britain and Matt Cronshaw, one of the country’s leading criterium and road rider’s, the team is setting it’s sights on a Premier Calendar and Tour Series win. James Moss will also be a valuable addition to the team, providing strength and depth to the squad throughout the year.
The following young riders will also join the squad for the 2013 season:
Ryan Mullen, a silver medalist in the European TT, 9th in the World TT Championships this year and winner of the junior Chrono des Nations time trial in France.
Joe Perrett, another strong time triallist and former GB Cycling team member.
Matt Jones, formerly of Team Raleigh.
Chris Whorrall, a rider from the Isle of Man who returns to the UK for 2013 following two seasons racing in Italy.
Pete Hawkins, Wouter Sybrandy, Andrew Griffiths and Jake Hales all return for 2013 following successful 2012 campaigns.
Sports Director Simon Howes commented on the new squad. “The team is a well considered selection of youth and experience. A great deal of time went in to selecting the right mix. We have a group of riders who share the same passion and determination for success and above all realise the importance of working together as a team. We just can’t wait to get racing”.
