The Tour of Britain got its usual dose of wind and rain throughout todays 156km stage from Carlisle to Blackpool which saw roads flooded on many parts of the course. Irishman Peter Hawkins topped off a day in the breakaway with the 'Rouleur Combativity Award' for the stages most aggressive rider and will wear the IG Markets colours of red and white tomorrow.
